Studio 3 Solutions Christmas Wish GIVEAWAY!!
Studio 3 Solutions is sponsoring this Christmas Wish giveaway by giving one lucky winner a Color Cubbie!! More info can be found at Wee Memories!
Simple but Elegant
So, the theme is clean and simple. I decided to add the "elegance" portion to it. Even though this is fairly simple, I think it took more time because you couldn't add all the frills. I just used some basic black and white shimmer paper. Cut the Peace and snowflake using my SCAL program. I used a very mini Bugaboo image and used a EK Success scalloped tag punch. The small snowflakes are from EK snowflake border punch. Hard to see but I used crystal Stickles to add some glittery shimmer to the entire card (kind of hard to see). Enjoy!

Just for Fun!
No challenge included on this one. I hand stamped the snowflakes and used Martha Stewart (color=lapis) glitter. I used my EK snowflake edge punch. Used the remaining shimmer tulle that I had from the other card to make a bow and I used a Snowman Tag from a Trina Clark collection.

What a Summer!
Whew! Had plenty of graduations this spring. Glad summer is over. Baseball is over; soccer is not. Soccer is never-ending in our household. Way too much rain here (flooding to say the least). Anyways, will fall weather comes a slightly slower schedule (or at least let me think that).
As you know, I am always a fan of Bugaboo Stamps. I love the bold color contrast of black and yellow. More to come. Enjoy.

Catch the Bug Challenge!
Bugaboo stamps has a blog hop going on right now! First stop is at Jodie's and you follow from their to the final destination of the Catch the Bug Challenge Blog where you can submit your card that includes a bug in some form or fashion. I love to use yellow and black--these colors look so good together.
I used one of the new digi's from the Bugaboo Shop. The one in the photo is actually the freebie of the week. I used a MS punch for the lady bugs and an EK success border punch for the edge and flowers. Used Copic markers to color the digi. There are multiple ways to win prizes including a scrambled phrase. Check it out!

Dare to be Sassy Thursday #14 Challenge
So Sassy Studio Designs is having a challenge with the following sketch:
I used the freebie digi and played with my new watercolor pencils. This was a new technique for me to use for coloring a digi. The background paper was Deja Views blue raspberry printed papers. I used a cuttlebug border embossing template to add a little more detail. I used Tattered Angels coffee shop glimmer mist to ad some shimmer to the brown border. I used Jim Holtz distress ink (brushed corduroy) to try and distress the edges some.

Shabby Chick Birthday Card
Thought I would try something different other than holiday cards. Tried a birthday card using BoBunny Papers. Used an Inkadinkado clear stamp with glitter for the border. The pink flower was created with tattered rose glitter mist. I used my SCAL program fro the leaves.
